Commitment

There is a minimum 3 month commitment.   This is required due to the time and effort it takes to begin noticing significant changes.  Experts agree it takes a minimum 21 days to create a new habit; through hard work and commitment it takes about 3 months to see results.  After the initial 3-month commitment, we can then decide the length of a continued coaching relationship.

Courage Package:

Our Courage Package signifies clients prepared to lay the foundation for establishing their goals, guidelines and vision for success.  Each session takes place once a month

The Courage Package includes one (1) a- la carte service below:

  • 60-Minute Private Yoga instruction

  • 60-Minute Reiki Session

  • 60- Minute Mindfulness Meditation/Journaling Coaching Session

Investment in Courage level is $525 (Three Month Commitment)

Basic Package

Our Basic Package client is ready to take the necessary steps to move forward in their lives.  The client has accepted personal accountability for results in the vision, mission, and purpose of their decisions leading to personal success.

The Basic Package includes one of the following

  • Two 60-minute sessions per month

  • Two supporting emails per week to address any questions concerns and breakthroughs

  • Support  handouts/ materials

Select from one (1) a- la carte service below

  • 30-Minute Private Yoga instruction

  • 30-Minute Reiki Session

Deluxe Package

Our Deluxe Package beckons to a client who is open-minded to new ideas, confident , and willing to put in extra effort to see tangible results. The client becomes proactive, committed and prepared. They are physically, emotionally, and spiritually committed to embark on a journey of self-improvement and higher levels of living.

Our Deluxe Package includes:

  • Three 45-minute sessions per month

  • One follow-up call per month to address any questions, concern, and breakthroughs

  • Support handouts/materials

Investment in the Leadership Level is $750 month

Our Premium Package is for the client who understands that respects starts with self. They are ready to enhance various areas of their life by learning what they really want, why, and how to create a clear, vivid, brilliant vision for their future.

Our Premium Package includes:

  • Four 45-minute sessions per month

  • Two follow-up calls per month to address any questions, concerns, and breakthroughs

  • Unlimited email support to address any questions concerns and breakthroughs

  • Support handouts/materials
